The Equator?

Woah, but Ecuador is cold. Not just a bit chilly, but cold. For a country that is roughly on a par with Kenya, you would not guess it at all.

They let us in fine though, which was a blessing. Only a couple of big long forms and body heat detectors to go through on the way out of Mexico, into Peru and then into Ecuador. No sweat!*

Anyway, what else to say about it? It is a beautiful green hilly country, where everyone has really exciting hats and you have to drive through clouds in order to get from one place to another, and the keyboards lack an apostrophe key so you have to avoid all abbreviations whilst typing.
